Ingredients

  • 2 lobsters (about 1.5 lbs each)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1.Cook the lobsters in boiling water for 8-10 minutes, then remove the meat and set the shells aside.
  2. 2.Melt butter in a saucepan and stir in flour to make a roux.
  3. 3.Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth and thickened.
  4. 4.Stir in wine, cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper, cooking until the sauce is rich and creamy.
  5. 5.Mix the lobster meat with the sauce and fill the reserved shells.
  6. 6.Place the filled shells on a baking sheet, sprinkle with additional Parmesan, and broil for 3-5 minutes until golden.
