Ingredients

  • 1 (7-8 lb) bone-in ham
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  1. 1.Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. 2.Place the ham in a roasting pan and score the surface in a diamond pattern.
  3. 3.In a saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, mustard, and cloves. Heat until smooth.
  4. 4.Brush half the glaze over the ham and cover with foil.
  5. 5.Bake for 2 hours, basting with glaze every 30 minutes.
  6. 6.Remove foil, apply the remaining glaze, and bake for an additional 30 minutes until caramelized.
